STARTERS

    Crispy pancetta, quail egg, baby gem, anchovie dressing.
  • Pan-fried sea bass
    Samphire, sweet corn custard, white crab meat tartare, and brawn crab meat sauce.
  • Aubergine, mushroom and ricotta involtini
    Barlotti beans and courgette, tomato, and black olive salsa.

MAIN COURSE

  • Traditional roasted Turkey
    Chestnut and smoked pancetta filling, braised red cabbage, heritage carrots, brussel sprouts, turkey, and rosemary-scented jus.
  • Pan - fried cod fillet
    Chestnut mushroom, caramelized salsify, baby onions, white bean, and truffle sauce.
  • Roasted Pumpkin
    Fregola, peanuts, crispy green cabbage, and goat’s cheese curd.

DESSERT

  • Oreo & pumpkin cheesecake
  • Traditional Italian chocolate profiteroles.
  • Traditional Christmas pudding brandy sauce.
